What HexaForms Is

HexaForms is an AI-powered form builder. It lets you create and publish forms, capture submissions, filter spam automatically, score leads, and receive smart notifications. It is developed and operated by Ereace S.L., Spain.

                Early access status. HexaForms is currently in early access.
                The core platform — form creation, submissions, spam detection, lead scoring,
                and analytics — is live and processing real data. Third-party integrations
                (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) are functional but still undergoing final validation testing.
                By using HexaForms during this period, you accept that some features may be
                incomplete or subject to change.

The Starter Plan and the Founders' Deal

HexaForms offers a Starter plan at $4.99/month. During the Founders' Deal early access period, this price is offered with a rate lock — meaning it will not increase for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

The asterisk on "locked for life*" means: locked to the commercial lifetime of HexaForms as an active product, and to a continuously active subscription. Cancelling and resubscribing resets the rate to then-current pricing. Full details: Founders' Deal Terms.

What the Starter plan includes at launch:

Unlimited form creation and publishing
Spam detection (technical + heuristic layers)
Lead scoring and email validation
Submission analytics and funnel tracking
Email notifications for new submissions
Partial data capture (field-level session recovery)
API access and webhook delivery
Usage limits as defined at the time of activation — not changed without 30 days' notice

Features marked as "coming soon" on the pricing page are not guaranteed for the Starter plan and may require an upgrade when introduced.

Integrations (n8n, Make.com, Zapier)

HexaForms provides native integration nodes for n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. These allow you to connect form submissions to external workflows — CRMs, email tools, Slack, spreadsheets, and anything else your automation platform supports.

These integrations are in final testing as of the early access period. They work end-to-end but may have edge cases we are still addressing. If you encounter an issue, email info@ereace.es and we will prioritise it. We do not offer integration support SLAs during early access.

Webhook delivery to your own endpoints is fully supported and production-ready. It is the recommended integration method during early access if you need reliability guarantees.

Your Account and Data

You are responsible for the forms you create and the data you collect through them. By using HexaForms, you agree to:

Have a lawful basis to collect data from your form respondents.
Provide your own privacy notice to your users when required by law.
Not use HexaForms to send spam, collect data under false pretences, or violate applicable law.
Keep your account credentials confidential.

We store your data on AWS infrastructure within the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

You may not use HexaForms to:

Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without appropriate safeguards and explicit consent.
Run phishing, fraud, or social engineering campaigns.
Generate automated or artificial traffic to inflate usage metrics.
Resell or white-label the HexaForms service without a written commercial agreement.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We will notify you in advance for policy violations that can be remedied, except where immediate action is required to protect other users or the platform.

Service Availability

We run HexaForms on AWS serverless infrastructure with built-in redundancy. During early access, we do not publish an SLA or guarantee a specific uptime percentage.

We commit to:

Notifying you by email of planned maintenance windows exceeding 30 minutes.
Publishing incident reports for outages affecting submission capture.
Treating submission loss (data not saved) as a critical incident requiring immediate response.

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not used the service, contact us at info@ereace.es for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

HexaForms is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, Ereace S.L. is not liable for:

Loss of revenue or business resulting from platform unavailability.
Inaccuracies in AI-generated spam scores or lead scores — these are advisory signals, not guaranteed classifications.
Data loss caused by user error (e.g. deleting a form or submission).
Third-party integration failures (Stripe, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.).

Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid to HexaForms in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Non-material changes (typos, clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, EU consumer protection legislation. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold under your local law.
